Our Story

Why We Started Optima Health Solutions

Optima Health Solutions was founded with a clear purpose: to provide specialist occupational therapy that is clinically excellent, person-centred, and genuinely accessible to the people who need it most.

Our founders — experienced NHS occupational therapists — recognised a growing gap in specialist OT provision across the East of England. Long NHS waiting lists, limited specialist expertise, and fragmented services were preventing people from getting timely, effective support.

Optima Health Solutions was established to fill that gap — offering rapid access to expert, independent OT services for individuals, families, and the professionals who support them.

All Optima Health Solutions therapists hold enhanced DBS certificates and complete regular safeguarding training in line with current legislation and guidance.
