Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of services provided by Optima Health Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Our Services

We provide specialist occupational therapy assessments, interventions, reports, and training services. All clinical services are delivered by HCPC-registered occupational therapists in accordance with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists' professional standards.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments may be booked by telephone, email, or via our website enquiry form. We will confirm all bookings in writing. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following cancellation policy:

4. Payment

For private clients, payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. For professional clients (case managers, insurers, solicitors), payment terms are 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

5. Clinical Reports

Clinical reports are produced to professional standards and are the property of Optima Health Solutions until full payment has been received. Reports are provided for the purpose agreed at time of instruction and may not be reproduced or used for purposes other than those agreed without our written consent.

6. Liability

We carry full professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Complaints

We take complaints seriously. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us in the first instance at info@optimahealthsolutions.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the HCPC.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
